R&G Launder Building Contractors do not have standard designs and plans as all projects undertaken are unique with designs by architects or draftspersons. We have built many challenging and varied homes from standard slab on-ground to all timber to tilt up concrete wall panels.

 

We have constructed several dwellings on Moreton Island where building any type of construction is a challenge as there is no infrastructure on the island.

Extensions, Renovations and Restorations

Our extension, renovation and restoration projects often include underhouse digouts involving temporary support of the existing structure. Some residences are older type Queenslander homes where existing style construction must be matched. Decks and garages are also a part of our service and we have achieved outstanding results by paying attention to detail and communicating with our clients.

 

Some jobs require large retaining walls and drainage systems, all of which are carried out by R&G Launder Building Contractors as we offer a complete building service from start to finish to a stage required by our clients.
