BUSINESS HISTORY
R&G Launder Building Contractors commenced business in Brisbane in 1992. Since that time we have carried out major renovation projects, architecturally-designed restoration and extensions and have constructed many new architecturally-designed homes.
R&G Launder Building Contractors is a small Brisbane building business where the builder is hands-on enabling attention to detail and extensive planning with clients. This level of communication results in many satisfied home owners.
We now concentrate on architecturally designed projects which prove to be both challenging and satisfying.
THE TEAM
Rick Launder, owner and director of the company is a qualified carpenter and joiner. Prior to commencing R&G Launder Building Contractors, he gained 20 years of experience on commercial and multi-storey building sites as well as residential projects. For many of those years, Rick was employed as foreman, general foreman and site supervisor nurturing leadership skills which when taken across to his own business proved to be invaluable.
Rick is dedicated to assuring quality control and you will find him on site at all times. He is a member of our highly-skilled carpentry team.
Rick is a Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) Gold Card Licence holder and a member of the Queensland Master Builders Association and has won many QMBA awards.
SUB-CONTRACTORS
Our team of sub-contractors, many of whom have been with us since we commenced business, supply us with quality service indicative of their vast experience and high level of skills.
SUPPLIERS
Over the years, we have built up a strong relationship with suppliers who have been known to go ‘above and beyond’ to meet our expectations regarding product. Many of our architecturally-designed projects often require innovative measures.
